Account Manager - Inside Sales   (4)

Tech Upgrade is an exciting NEW start-up company in Milwaukee. We are looking for an experienced salesperson that can excel in an ever-changing work environment. We want an individual who is inspired by the start-up community and recognizes the potential that comes with working in this type of environment.

Tech Upgrade is an Educational Re-Seller of computer hardware, software, networking, peripherals, storage, communications and consumer electronic products. We currently sell to School Districts in WI, MN, IN and IL. We carry over 500,000 products and carry most major manufactures.

Account Manager - Inside Sales

Skill Sets Required:

- 2+ years in customer service, sales or administrative experience is necessary

- Ability to multi-task effectively

- Excellent telephone, speech and language skills

- Ability to perform basic math functions, compute ratios, rate, percent, commissions and discounts

- Ability to deal with customers and manage multi-tiered accounts

- Previous exposure to an sales environment is a strong asset

- Ability to solve practical problems, especially where limited standardization exists

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide 'highest level' of customer service possible

- Prepare quotes and enter orders

- Process help requests from customers

- Back up other Sales Reps as needed

- Write/process returns

- Perform lead generation

- Locate/research/learn about products

- Create marketing material

- Approach ever-changing environment with positive attitude

- Process billings/invoices for Accounts

- Verify credit references and fax credit forms

- Maintain Accounts as assigned

- Any other duties as assigned
